Spiral pointed taps :
- These taps are specifically meant for high production tapping machines where the job has through holes, wherein there is a slight gash on the front of the tap by which the swarf that gets cut does not come up but rather because of the gash goes downward due to the angle of the gash hence the threads forme do not get damaged due to swarf entering.
Spiral Fluted Taps :
- These taps are basically meant to cater the need of doing tapping in Blind holes the flute of the tap is ground helically just like the drill by which the swarf that gets cut comes backwards and eliminates the tapped hole getting clogged with the swarf saving time for extra cleaning of the job after tapping.
Special Profile Taps :
- These taps we make specifically to suite the requirement of the customer where they require specific profile angle of the thread, we also cater to the following type of threads as well : Acme square thread, Acme Stub Thread, Trapezoidal Thread, Ball thread as per customer requires, Extra fine pitch threads, B A Thread form taps, Buttress Threads, Special Taper threads for Surgical braces, the whole range of whitwirth form threads, the whole range of un series of threads, we also make multi start taps, and anything required by the customer.
